Scope of application:manual automatic lubricating oil vacuum dehydration oil filter is easy to operate, PLC automation is high, with simple operating system and advanced safety system to ensure the convenience and safety of the machine during operation, and can work online for a long time. The user can choose manual or PLC touch screen automatic operation mode according to the needs of the use site.
ZJD lubricating oil vacuum filter is mainly developed and produced according to the characteristics of large impurity content in hydraulic oil, mechanical oil and other lubricating oils. The machine has short treatment cycle and high efficiency. It can quickly remove moisture, gas, impurities and volatiles (alcohol, gasoline, ammonia, etc.) from the oil, improve the quality of the oil, restore the viscosity, flash point and performance of the lubricating oil. Used for purification of hydraulic oil, low viscosity lubricating oil, hydraulic transmission shaft oil, antiwear oil, refrigeration oil, turbine oil, compressor oil, etc. It can quickly remove moisture, gas and mechanical impurities from oil, flash remove light acid and light hydrocarbon, improve oil quality, restore lubricating oil performance, and ensure normal operation of power, hydraulic pressure and lubricating system.

And the temperature control is three kinds of interlock protection: 1, the heater is also interlocked with the oil pump and vacuum pump, the heater can only work when the oil pump and vacuum pump are running;2, the heater only works when the oil temperature is lower than the set temperature of 60-70;3, If the heating temperature exceeds the set temperature, the ultra-high temperature is set to stop heating. Moreover, the electrical components used in the equipment are flame-retardant electrical components, so our equipment eliminates the potential safety hazards caused by the failure of the thermostat.
