Application:

TR/ZJD-F-Q80 explosion-proofdiesel fuel oil coalescing dehydration filter is composed of coarse filter, fine filter and coalescing separator, oil pump and circuit control system. No heating is needed, so that the additives in the oil are not cracked and deteriorated, and the quality of the dehydrated oil can be guaranteed.

The oil filter includes the following features:

1) filtration, dehydration function, remove emulsified water, free water, impurities in the corresponding oil;

2) Separate filter oil, used as a refueling machine; its working principle is: oil flows through a special filter element, through the filter element from the surface to the inside, gradually narrowing along the flow direction of the gradual pore structure, layered interception of different size of pollution particles, improve the service life and filtration efficiency of the filter element.

3) Set internal circulation to facilitate replacement of coalescing separation filter elements. Application in diesel oil or other light oil filtration dehydration system. It integrates the two functions of precise filtration and dehydration of oil, and can effectively remove particulate impurities, emulsified water and free water from oil. Improve oil quality, reduce reprocessing and pollution costs, reduce maintenance and use costs.

TR/ZJD-F-Q80BT4 explosion-proof coalescence separation oil filter dehydrator can be stacked configuration options: the shape can be selected as an open-door closed type, the oil circulation part can be made of stainless steel, and the flow meter can be stacked on the equipment to monitor the oil filtration measurement.

The oil first passes through a pre-filter to filter out coarse particulate contaminants in the oil to protect the safe operation of the pump. The filter elements of coarse and fine filters are made of glass fiber materials with high filtration accuracy to filter out fine particulate pollutants in the oil. After passing through the coarse filter, the oil enters the coalescence separator. In the coalescence separator, the oil is filtered, coalesced, settled and separated to achieve the function of filtering pollutants and removing water. The water settled in the sump is drained through the drain valve on the sump, and then filtered again by the fine filter into the oil tank (oil pool).

A plurality of pressure gauges and pressure controllers are arranged in front of and behind the filters of each stage to check the filtration dehydration effect at any time and monitor the pressure of the filters of each stage in the device and the clogging condition of the filter core.

Another function of this equipment is that it can be used as a refueling machine without coalescence separator and only after pre-filtration, coarse filtration and fine filtration.
