ZJA double-stage vacuum oil filter of Tongrui Company retains all the advantages of ZJB series vacuum oil filter, and adds Roots vacuum pressurization system and secondary high vacuum pumping system to overcome the weakness of rapid decrease of exhaust volume of vacuum oil filter when vacuum degree is high. One cycle is equivalent to the efficiency of two ordinary vacuum oil filters.
It can dehydrate, degas and remove impurities faster and more thoroughly; the oil insulation voltage resistance value is higher; one machine has two uses, it is an oil filter, and it is also an independent vacuum source, which can vacuum oil the power insulation equipment; it can greatly shorten the oil treatment period of transformer installation and maintenance, and can also greatly increase the oil index of various imported oils and new oils! It is convenient for outdoor mobile operation, so the equipment is configured as trailer type, and the oil filter also adopts closed configuration: the four side walls can be opened upwards and can be self-locking or opposite to open, both rain and shade, suitable for outdoor operation. It is mainly used for large installation and maintenance equipment in electric power industry (such as vacuum oil filter, vacuum pump unit, vacuum drying equipment, etc.).
