     BK pressure plate and frame type oil filter is suitable for filtering engine oil, turbine oil, diesel oil with more impurities and finer particles, quenching oil and heat treatment oil with more impurities. This machine uses special filter cloth or filter paper as medium to intercept and filter impurities in oil. Because of its low maintenance cost and wide application range, it is favored by many oil units and manufacturers.  

    BK frame oil filter Other uses: It can also filter and purify transformer oil, capacitor oil, insulating oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil, turbine oil, compressor oil and light oil, remove a large number of mechanical impurities in the oil, and improve various properties of the oil. Applicable to power plants, power stations, industrial and mining enterprises, lubricating oil depots, ships, chemical industry, metallurgy, and other machinery industry units.

    Main structure of frame oil filter: 
    The machine is composed of gear pump, filter, return valve, drain nozzle, filter bed (including pressure gauge, filter plate, filter frame, filter paper and oil pan), front support, rear support, chassis, pull rod, coupling and motor, wherein the filter plate and filter frame alternately form independent filter chambers, and the filter paper is clamped between the filter plate and filter frame. The filtered oil is sucked from the oil inlet hole of the filter, and after removing large impurities through the filter, it enters the gear pump again. The motor drives the gear pump to rotate through the coupling, so that the oil pressure enters the filter bed, and impurities in the oil are filtered through the filter paper. Due to the capillary action of oil filter paper, it can absorb residual water in oil. The function of the return valve is to control the pressure of the pipeline system. When the oil pressure exceeds the specified value, the safety valve can be opened to reduce the pressure, so that the oil circulates in the pump itself, and the oil pressure no longer rises to ensure the safe operation of the equipment. Return valve with gear pump inlet vacuum effect, the oil pan will be sucked into the filter. Drain nozzle for extracting oil sample.
