The ZJB series high-efficiency vacuum oil filter is a designated and finalized product of the State Grid Corporation of China. This machine adopts multi-dimensional evaporation technology and combines multiple patented technologies from Chongqing Tongrui, making it widely applicable in power plants, power stations, electric power companies, the power transformation industry, railways, petrochemicals, metallurgy, and other fields. It is a specialized equipment for power departments and industrial and mining enterprises to process unqualified transformer oil, instrument transformer oil, switch oil, and other types of insulating oils. It is also a practical choice for vacuum oiling of power equipment.
The standard configuration features manual operation mode and is made entirely of carbon steel. Optional additional devices are available for an extra fee.
You can choose stainless steel SS304 for the oil circuit, or use SS304 for both the oil and gas circuits;
It can be designed as an automatic operation mode using a PLC touch screen;
It offers a switchable mode that combines manual mode and PLC automatic mode;
Vacuum pumps, oil pumps, and motors are typically produced in China, but brands from other countries can be selected as needed.
